Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Excise Inspector (Trainee) in Excise Department. Category No: 544/2023. Vacancies: 02 (Two) [NCA - SC]. Scale of Pay: ₹ 43400 – 91200/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment from among Scheduled Caste community only. Applications must be submitted online on or before 17-01-2024 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Must possess B.A, B.Sc or B.Com Degree of any recognized University or its equivalent. • In the case of Ex-Servicemen, the minimum qualification shall be SSLC. Physical Standards: Must be Physically Fit for strenuous outdoor work and possess prescribed minimum physical standards and visual standards (Male: Height 160 cm, Chest 81 cm with 5 cm expansion; Female: Height 150 cm). Vision standards without glasses: Distant vision 6/6 snellen for both eyes, Near vision 0.5 snellen for both eyes. Full field of vision, free from colour blindness, squint, and physical defects. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part-II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable.
