Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Literacy in Malayalam or Tamil or Kannada. Technical Qualifications: • Must possess Current Motor Driving Licence with endorsement for driving Heavy Duty Vehicle and Motor Cycle and must have three years experience in driving Heavy Duty vehicle either Military or Civil. • Driving Licence issued after 16.01.1979 must have endorsement both for heavy Goods and heavy passenger Vehicles. Experience Required: Three years experience in driving Heavy Duty vehicle either Military or Civil. Physical Standards: Medical Fitness: Ear - Hearing should be perfect; Distant vision 6/6 Snellen, Near vision 0.5 snellen for both Right and Left eye; Colour Vision: Normal; Night blindness: Nil; Muscles and joints: No paralysis and all joints must be capable of free movement; Nervous System: Perfectly normal and free from any infectious diseases. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a)(ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable.
