Age limit

35-46. Only candidates born between 02.01.1976 and 01.01.1987 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. (For age relaxations see Part II General Conditions). Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Doctorate in Economics or Econometrics with a basic Degree/Diploma/ Training in Mathematics /Statistics/Economics from a recognized University or Institution • A First Class or High Second Class Masters Degree in Econometrics/ Statistics with specialization in Econometrics and Economic forecasting from a recognized University or Institution • A First Class or High Second Class Masters Degree in Economics/ Mathematics with Diploma or Training in Statistics with specialization in Econometrics and Economic forecasting from a recognized University or Institution Experience Required: Four years experience in Economic Planning and Models and in the application of Econometric methods in macro and micro level planning (for Doctorate holders) OR Seven years experience in Economic Planning and Models and in the application of Econometric Methods in Macro and Micro Planning (for Masters Degree holders). Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable.
