Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Town and Country Planning or Regional Planning/City Planning • Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or Physical Planning from a University/Institution recognized by the Government Experience Required: Not specified Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable. Candidates who claim equivalent qualifications instead of qualifications mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant government order to prove the equivalency at the time of certificate verification.
General conditions from the notification
Every person appointed to this post shall be on probation for a period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination if a test is conducted. Disciplinary action as per KPSC Rules of Procedure, Rule 22 shall be initiated against candidates who submit applications with bogus claims.
