Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Assistant Surgeon/Casualty Medical Officer in Health Services. Category No: 168/2021. Vacancies: Scheduled Caste Converted to Christianity (SCCC) - 2 (Two). Scale of Pay: ₹ 45800 – 89000/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste Converted to Christianity (SCCC) community only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 02-06-2021 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-45; Only candidates born between 02.01.1976 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) are only eligible to apply for the post. For candidates belonging to SCCC community, members of Scheduled Caste who had converted to Christianity after attaining adulthood and their children are eligible for age relaxation up to 47 years (born between 02.01.1974 and 01.01.2003). Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Modern Medicine (MBBS) or equivalent qualification. Technical Qualifications: • Valid Registration with Travancore - Cochin Medical Council. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a (ii) of part II KS & SSR is applicable. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove equivalency at the time of verification.

General conditions from the notification
Applications submitted by candidates belonging to communities other than SCCC will be rejected. Those appointed should serve for four (4) years during the first ten (10) years of service under defence service or services connected with defence if required. Mandatory OMR/Online test confirmation required. General conditions as per Part II of Gazette Notification apply.
