Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Assistant Professor in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in Medical Education. Category No: 771/2021. Vacancies: SCCC– 01 (One). Scale of Pay: As per UGC norms. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From among candidates belonging to the SCCC community). Applications must be submitted online on or before 02-02-2022 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

21-49. Only candidates born between 02.01.1972 and 01.01.2000 (both dates included) are eligible. Members belonging to Scheduled Caste who had converted to Christianity after attaining adulthood and their children are eligible for age relaxation up to 50 years (born between 02.01.1971 and 01.01.2000). Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Medical Post Graduate Degree such as MD/MS from a recognized University or DNB in the concerned discipline. Technical Qualifications: • Permanent Registration under State Medical Council (Travancore Cochin Medical Council) Experience Required: Three years Teaching Experience or such other teaching experience as prescribed by the Medical Council of India. The Post Graduate study period for Medical subjects will be considered as teaching experience provided the candidates have undergone Residency Programme during the Post Graduate Course period. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a (ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification.

Candidates must register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION' with the Official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission. No application fee is required. If a written/OMR/Online test is conducted, candidates must submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their profile. Those appointed must serve for four years during the first ten years of their service in Defence Services if required (exemptions apply for differently abled and those over 45 years).
