Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • MD/DNB in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation • OR MS/MD/DNB in General Medicine, General Surgery, or Orthopaedics with a Diploma in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Technical Qualifications: • Permanent Registration with Kerala State Medical Council (TCMC) or Council of Modern Medicine Experience Required: Three years of specialized training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in a recognized institution with interest in service, and one year of Senior Residency in the concerned subject in an NMC recognized Medical College after Post Graduate degree. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part-II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable.
General conditions from the notification
Candidates must follow Part II KS&SSR general conditions. Selected candidates must serve in the Defence Services for 4 years within the first 10 years of service (excluding training period), unless exempted.
