Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree of Master of Law with atleast 50% marks. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed a Comprehensive Test in the subject concerned specifically conducted for the purpose by UGC or any agency duly constituted by the state government in this behalf. Experience Required: Experience at the bar for a period of not less than 3 years. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable.
