Age limit

22-45. Candidates must have been born between 02.01.1978 and 01.01.2001 (both dates included). In the absence of qualified candidates within the age limit, the upper age limit shall be relaxed up to 50 years, but in no case shall it exceed 50 years. Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Master's Degree in Law with not less than 50% marks. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed a Comprehensive Test (NET/SLET/SET) specially conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any agency approved by the State Government. Experience Required: Must have practice as an Advocate for not less than three years. (In the absence of candidates with 3 years practice as Advocate, candidates without practice will also be considered). Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable. Degrees/Diplomas awarded by Universities recognized by UGC or established by Parliament/State Legislature are accepted.
