Who can apply
Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Ayah (Special Recruitment – from among qualified Scheduled Tribe Women candidates residing at respective locality) in Scheduled Tribe Development Department. Vacancies: District wise: Kollam (4), Pathanamthitta (1), Alappuzha (1), Kottayam (2), Idukki (7), Ernakulam (3), Thrissur (4), Palakkad (23), Malappuram (8), Kozhikkode (2), Wayanad (20), Kannur (8), Kazargod (1). Scale of Pay: ₹ 16500 – 35700/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment from among qualified Scheduled Tribe Women residing at respective locality only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 05-05-2021 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
• Should have passed Standard VII
• Should not have acquired Graduation
Experience Required:
Experience for not less than one year as “Ayah” of children gained from a Government Institution or from any Institution registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 (Central Act XXI of 1860) of the Travancore Cochin Literary Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act 1955 (XII of 1955) or any institution run by the local bodies using Government grant or from any autonomous grant-in-aid institutions. Experience must be gained after acquiring the General Educational Qualification.

Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules:
Rule 10(a) (ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification must produce the relevant Government Order at the time of verification.

Appointments are subject to the conditions laid down in G.O.(P) No. 21/76/PD dated 17.01.1976 and G.O.(P) No.25/94/GAD dated 22.01.1994. Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination through their OTR profile if a test is conducted. Applications are subject to the rules under sections 3(c), 17(a), 17(b) of Part II of Kerala State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1958.
