Scale of Pay: ₹ 20,000 – 45,800/- (PR). Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from candidates belonging to specified reservation communities only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 02-02-2022 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in Plus Two Examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Government of Kerala or Equivalent examination recognized by Government of India or Government of Kerala Physical Standards: Male Candidates: Height-Minimum 168 cms, Chest-Minimum 81 cms with 5 cms expansion. Physical Efficiency Test (5 out of 8 events of National Physical Efficiency One Star Standard). Endurance Test (2 Km in 13 minutes). Female Candidates: Height-Minimum 157 cms. Physical Efficiency Test (5 out of 9 events of National Physical Efficiency One Star Standard). Endurance Test (2 Km in 15 minutes). Medical Standards: Perfect hearing, specific eye vision standards (Distant 6/6 Snellen, Near 0.5 Snellen, Normal color vision, Nil night blindness, full field of vision without glasses), free from paralysis, infectious diseases, and physical defects like knock-knee, flat foot, varicose vein, bow legs, etc. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable.

General conditions from the notification
Candidates appointed shall undergo training for one year in any of the forest training schools. Probation for 2 years on duty within a continuous service of 3 years. NCC weightage marks given for A, B, C certificates (2%, 3%, 5%).
