Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Arabic from a recognized university in Kerala • Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic from a recognized university in Kerala • Pre-Degree with Part III Arabic (Special Optional) from Calicut University • Plus Two with Part III Arabic (Optional) from Kerala Higher Secondary Board • SSLC with Arabic as First Language (Part I & II) from Kerala Government Examination Commissioner • SSLC or equivalent from Kerala Government Examination Commissioner, plus any of the following: Arabic Munshi (Higher) Exam, Arabic Munshi (Lower) Exam, Arabic Teacher Exam, or Arabic Entrance Exam from Kerala/Calicut University • BA Arabic & Islamic History Double Main Degree Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Exemptions from K-TET provided for candidates with NET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D/M.Ed in the subject or CTET (Primary/Elementary) as per government orders.
