Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Law from a recognized University in Kerala or equivalent Technical Qualifications: • Must be a member of the Bar Council Experience Required: Must have at least 3 years of active practice in Criminal Courts as of 01.01.2022. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part-II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Higher qualifications or equivalent qualifications recognized by Government orders are acceptable.
General conditions from the notification
Candidates must follow Part II KS&SSR. Probation period and training requirements apply. Candidates must pass the Account Test (Lower) for Executive Officers within the probation period if not already passed.
