Educational Qualifications: • Pass in Pre-Degree/ Plus two Technical Qualifications: • Valid First Class/ Second Class Master Certificate of Competency / Certificate of Service as Master under KIV (Kerala Inland Vessel) Rule Experience Required: Not specified Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a (ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable. Qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for the post shall also be sufficient.
