Educational Qualifications: • Pass in Pre-Degree/ Plus two Technical Qualifications: • Ability to Communicate in Malayalam and English languages • Valid First Class/ Second Class Master Certificate of Competency / Certificate of Service as Master under KIV (Kerala Inland Vessel) Rule Experience Required: Not specified Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a (ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable. Qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for the post, and those which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall be sufficient.
