Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment from among ST Only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 04-02-2026 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18 – 45. Only Candidates born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 Years Course) recognized by the Government of Kerala • Any qualification equivalent there to Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable.

The condition laid down in Paragraphs two, three and twenty five (except the conditions laid down in the Rule 3 (c) of Part II of the Kerala State and Subordinate Service Rules) of General conditions are not applicable to this selection.
