Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in any subject from a recognized University • MBA from a recognized University or from a Central/State Government recognized institution • PGDCA from a recognized institution Experience Required: Two years experience in a supervisory cadre in a Public Sector Undertaking or a Registered Institution. The experience must be acquired after obtaining the MBA degree. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable. Government orders regarding equivalent qualifications and higher qualifications accepted as basic qualifications will be considered.

Part II of KS&SSR is applicable. Probation period as per the special rules of the Kerala State Backward Classes Development Corporation Limited is mandatory.
