Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Must possess a Degree in B.A, B.Sc, B.Com or any other Degree equivalent thereto from a recognized University. • For Blind candidates, SSLC is sufficient. Physical Standards: Must be physically fit for outdoor work. Must possess the following minimum physical standards: For Men - Height: 160 cm, Chest: 81 cm (normal), 86 cm (expanded). For Women - Height: 150 cm. Vision Standards without glasses: Distant Vision - Right Eye 6/6 Snellen, Left Eye 6/6 Snellen; Near Vision - Right Eye 0.5 Snellen, Left Eye 0.5 Snellen. Must be free from apparent physical defects like knock-knee, flat foot, varicose vein, bow legs, deformed limbs, irregular and protruding teeth, defective speech and hearing. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part-II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable.
