Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Women Civil Excise Officer (Trainee) in Excise. Category No: 515/2023. Vacancies: Scheduled Caste - Malappuram - 01 (One). Scale of Pay: ₹27,900 – 63,700/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From women candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste community of Kerala State only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 03-01-2024 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Must have passed the Plus Two or its equivalent examination. Physical Standards: Height: Must not be less than 150 cm. Endurance Test: 2.5 kilometre run within 15 minutes. Physical Efficiency Test: Must pass at least 5 (five) of the following 8 (eight) events of the National Physical Efficiency Test at the One Star standard: 1. 100 Metres Run (17 seconds), 2. High Jump (1.06 metre), 3. Long Jump (3.05 metres), 4. Putting the Shot (4 kgs) (4.88 metres), 5. 200 Metres Run (36 seconds), 6. Throwing the Cricket Ball (14 metres), 7. Shuttle Race (4 X 25 metres) (26 seconds), 8. Skipping (one minute) (80 times). Eye Sight: Must be certified by a Medical Officer not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon/Junior Consultant as to outdoor and physical capability and vision standards without glasses (Distant Vision: Right Eye 6/6 Selen, Left Eye 6/6 Selen; Near Vision: Right Eye 0.5 Selen, Left Eye 0.5 Selen; Full vision, free from colour blindness, squint or any morbid conditions). Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable.
