Scale of Pay: ₹ 41,300 - 87,000/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from Candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe community only). Age limit

18-45. Only candidates born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post (Including the relaxation as per para 2(i) of General Conditions). Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Degree in Urdu and B.Ed/B.T/L.T conferred or recognized by the universities in Kerala. • A title of Oriental Learning in Urdu awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala (if such title has been declared as equivalent to Part III of Degree) and Certificate in Language Teacher's Training issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • Candidates possessing Post-graduate degree in Urdu are also eligible to apply provided they have the required training qualification ie B.Ed/B.T/L.T [G.O (Ms) No 177/87/G.Edn dt 22.8.1987]. • Those who have acquired BA Urdu & Islamic History double main degree awarded by University of Kannur are also eligible to apply [G.O.(MS) No.158/2018/G.Edn dtd 12.11.2018]. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET, Category III) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 a (ii) is applicable. The Degrees/Diplomas awarded by UGC approved Universities or Institutions established through an act passed by Parliament/State Legislative Assembly in accordance with G.O.(M.S) No.526/PD dated 17.07.1965 are acceptable.
