Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of High School Teacher (Mathematics)- Tamil Medium in Education. Category No: 505/2020-507/2020. Vacancies: District wise (Idukki): 505/2020-Dheevara (1), 506/2020-Muslim (2), 507/2020-Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava (3). Scale of Pay: 29200-62400/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from candidates belonging to Dheevara, Muslim and Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava communities only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 03-02-2021 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree with Mathematics or Statistics as Main Subject and B.Ed/B.T in the concerned subjects conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • Post Graduates in Mathematics/Statistics with B.Ed/BT in the concerned subject will also be considered. • Diploma in Rural Service awarded by the National Council for Rural Higher Education will also be treated as equivalent to Degree. • B.Sc Ed in Physics – Chemistry – Mathematics stream conducted by the Regional Institute of Education Mysore of NCERT. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. • Exemption: Candidates who have qualified CTET/NET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D in the respective subjects and M.Ed in any subject are exempted from acquiring TET. • Must have passed SSLC/Plus Two/Pre-Degree with Tamil as I or II Language OR A Pass in Degree or Post Graduation in Tamil Language. Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: In the absence of the qualification referred in (i) & (ii) above its equivalent shall also be considered (G.O.(P).No.166/16/G.Edn.Dated 30.09.2016). KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 a (ii) will be applicable.
