Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Non-Vocational Teacher - Chemistry (Senior) - Special Recruitment for SC/ST in Kerala Vocational Higher Secondary Education. Category No: 504/2022. Vacancies: 1 (One) (SC/ST). Scale of Pay: ₹55,200 - 115,300/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment for Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 04-01-2023 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

23-45. Candidates must have been born between 02.01.1977 and 01.01.1999 (both dates included). In the absence of qualified candidates within the age limit, the upper age limit is relaxed up to 50 years. In no case shall the age exceed 50 years. Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Master's Degree in Chemistry with not less than 45% marks from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by a University in Kerala. • Regular B.Ed. Degree in the concerned subject acquired from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by a University in Kerala. • In the absence of B.Ed. Degree holders in the concerned subject, B.Ed. Degree acquired in the concerned Faculty from any of the Universities in Kerala. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the State Eligibility Test (SET) for the post of Non-Vocational Teacher conducted by the Government of Kerala or by the Agency authorized by the Government. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Equivalency of degrees/qualifications will be decided based on Government orders and Commission decisions.
