Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Chemical Assistant in Ground Water Department. Category No: 440/2016. Vacancies: 1 (One). Scale of Pay: 13900-24040/- (PR). Age limit

18-36. Only candidates born between 01.01.1998 and 02.01.1980 (both dates are included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual relaxation to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Communities. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Masters Degree in Chemistry/Agricultural Chemistry with not less than 50% marks • In the absence of candidates with the above qualification, B.Sc Degree in Chemistry with not less than 50% marks and with two years experience in routine analytical work in any government department • In the absence of candidates with two years experience under item (2) above, B.Sc Degree in Chemistry with not less than 50% marks Experience Required: Two years experience in routine analytical work in any government department (applicable only for B.Sc degree holders if no Masters degree holders are available) Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable.
General conditions from the notification
Every person appointed to this post shall, from the date on which he joins duty, be on probation for a period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. Refer to Part II of the Gazette Notification for general conditions.
