Who can apply
Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Driver Cum – Office Attendant (HDV) in Various (Except NCC, Tourism, Excise, Police, SWD and Transport). Category No: 371/2021. Vacancies: District wise (Special Recruitment from among ST only): Kollam - 1, Thrissur - 1, Palakkad - 4, Wayanad - 3, Malappuram - 1, Kasaragod - 1, Alappuzha - 1. Scale of Pay: ₹ 18,000 – 41,500/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment from among Scheduled Tribes only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 20-10-2021 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
• A Pass in Standard VII (Redundant qualification III Forum)
Technical Qualifications:
• Must possess valid Driving Licence of three years standing to drive Medium/Heavy Goods/Passenger Motor vehicles with Drivers Badge.
• Proficiency in Driving-Medium/Heavy Goods/Passenger Motor Vehicles which is to be proved by a Practical Test including 'T' test and Road test conducted by Kerala Public Service Commission.
Experience Required:
Three years standing in valid Driving Licence to drive Medium/Heavy Goods/Passenger Motor vehicles.
Physical Standards:
Hearing should be perfect. Distant vision: 6/6 Snellen (both eyes), Near vision: 0.5 Snellen (both eyes), Colour Vision: Normal, Night blindness: Nil. Muscles and joints: No paralysis and all joints must be capable of free movement. Nervous System: Perfectly normal and free from any infectious diseases.
Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules:
Rule 10 (a)(ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce relevant Govt. Orders.

Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination through their 'One Time Registration' profile. Differently abled candidates are not eligible. Probation period is 2 years on duty within a continuous period of 3 years. Candidates must possess valid Driving Licence and badge throughout all stages of selection.
