Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of LP School Assistant (Malayalam Medium) in Education. Category No: 367/2014. Vacancies: District wise (Kollam – Scheduled Tribe – 10, Palakkad – Scheduled Tribe – 5). Scale of Pay: 13,210 – 22,360/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe community only). SECOND NCA NOTIFICATION. Applications must be submitted online on or before 17-09-2014 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-45. Only candidates born between 02.01.1969 and 01.01.1996 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Upper age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years of age including relaxations. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A pass in SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent, OR a pass in Pre-degree examination conducted by any of the Universities in Kerala or any examination recognized by any such Universities as equivalent to Pre-degree examination, OR a pass in the Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examinations, Kerala or any other Examinations recognized by Government as equivalent thereto. Technical Qualifications: • A pass in TTC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: B.Ed Degree certificate is not acceptable in lieu of TTC. Candidates who have not studied the Regional language Malayalam either under Part I or Part II or as medium of instruction of SSLC will not be eligible for appointment.

General conditions from the notification
Applications submitted contrary to directions, conventional type applications, or by candidates not belonging to the notified communities will be summarily rejected. Selection is made on revenue district basis. Candidates advised for appointment in one revenue district from the Ranked List prepared are not eligible for transfer to another district unless they complete 5 years continuous service.
