Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Assistant Professor in Radiotherapy in Medical Education. Category No: 346/2023. Vacancies: 3 (Three). Scale of Pay: As per UGC norms. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment. Applications must be submitted online on or before 15-11-2023 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

22-45. Only candidates born between 02/01/1978 and 01/01/2001 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Usual age relaxations given to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • M.D. / M.S. / D.N.B. (Radiotherapy / Radiation Oncology) Technical Qualifications: • Permanent Registration with Travancore-Cochin Medical Council (TCMC) or Council of Modern Medicine Experience Required: One year Senior Resident experience in Radiotherapy / Radiation Oncology in an NMC recognized Medical College after Post Graduate Degree. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part-II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Equivalency/higher qualifications specified along with executive/standing orders recognized by the Government will be accepted.
General conditions from the notification
Candidates shall also read the General Conditions in Part II of Gazette Notification. Compulsory military service for 10 years within first 10 years of service (excluding training period) or 4 years in Defence Service/Defence related job for those appointed, not applicable to those above 45 years or disabled candidates.
