Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in any discipline from a recognized University • MBA from a recognized University or from an institution recognized by Central/State Government • PGDCA from a recognized institution Experience Required: Two years of experience in a supervisory cadre from a Public Sector Undertaking or a registered establishment. The experience must be acquired after obtaining an MBA. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Equivalency orders must be produced at the time of verification.
General conditions from the notification
Candidates must submit confirmation for the exam through their OTR profile. Probation period is 2 years within a continuous service of 3 years. General conditions as per Part II of KS&SSR apply.
