Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Assistant Professor in Infectious Diseases in Medical Education Service. Category No: 342/2021. Vacancies: 02 (Two). Age limit

21-46. Only candidates born between 02.01.1975 and 01.01.2000 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Usual age relaxation will be given to Other Backward Communities, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Medical Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS) in the concerned specialty / DNB in the concerned specialty Technical Qualifications: • Three years teaching experience or such other teaching experience prescribed by the Medical Council of India Experience Required: Three years teaching experience in the concerned subject or as prescribed by the Medical Council of India. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable.
General conditions from the notification
Appointees shall render compulsory military service for a period of 4 years in the first 10 years of service (including training period) if so required in Defence Services or in works relating to Defence anywhere in India or abroad. Persons who have completed 45 years of age are exempted from this compulsory military service.
