Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Junior Public Health Nurse Grade II (Special Recruitment for ST only) in Health Services. Category No: 336/2024. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment from among Scheduled Tribes only). Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • S.S.L.C Technical Qualifications: • Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery Certificate (revised course of 18 months) issued by the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council • OR Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery Certificate/Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery Certificate (revised course) issued by an authority recognised by the Indian Nursing Council • OR Health Workers Training Certificate issued by the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council • Registration with Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable. In the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes, general educational qualification will be relaxed and a pass in Standard VIII shall be sufficient subject to the condition that the relaxation will be allowed only in the absence of fully qualified Scheduled Tribe candidates.

Appointments are made on the basis of the rank secured in the ranked list subject to the conditions laid down in G.O (P) No. 21/76/PD dated 17.01.1976 and G.O (P) No. 25/94/GAD dated 22.01.1994. Candidates must acquaint themselves with Part II, General Conditions of the notification. Disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of the KPSC Rules of Procedure will be initiated for bogus claims.
