Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Driver Grade II (HDV) in Various. Category No: 322/2013. Vacancies: Malappuram – Viswakarma 1 (One). Scale of Pay: Rs. 9190-15780/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Viswakarma community only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 17-10-2013 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A pass in Standard VII/III Forum. Technical Qualifications: • Must possess valid Driving License of three years, Standing to drive Medium/Heavy Passengers/Goods Vehicles with badge. • Proficiency in Driving Medium/Heavy goods/Passengers motor vehicles which is to be proved by a practical test conducted by KPSC during the course of selection. Physical Standards: Medical Fitness: (a) Ear: Hearing should be perfect. (b) Eye: Distant Vision: 6/6 Snellen, Near Vision: 0.5 Snellen, Colour Vision: Normal, Night blindness: Nil. (c) Muscles and Joints: No Paralysis and all joints must be capable of free movements. (d) Nervous Systems: Perfectly normal and free from any infectious diseases.

General conditions from the notification
Applications submitted by candidates belonging to communities other than those notified will be summarily rejected. Selection will be made on a Revenue District basis subject to special conditions in G.O.(Ms)No.154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. Probation period is 2 years on duty within a continuous period of 3 years.
