Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Driver Grade II (HDV) in NCC/Sainik Welfare Department. Category No: 141/2023. Vacancies: District-wise: Pathanamthitta - 01, Alappuzha - 01, Kozhikode - 03. Scale of Pay: 25100 - 57900/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Ex-servicemen only). Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Must be able to read and write Malayalam or Tamil Technical Qualifications: • Must possess a valid Motor Driving License for Heavy Duty Vehicles (HDV) and Motor Cycles • Must have 3 years experience in driving Heavy Duty Vehicles (Military or Civil) • License must have endorsement for both Heavy Goods and Heavy Passenger vehicles if obtained after 16.01.1979 Experience Required: 3 years experience in driving Heavy Duty Vehicles (Military or Civil). Certificate must be in the prescribed format. Physical Standards: Must have perfect hearing. Vision standards: Distant vision 6/6 Snellen, Near vision 0.5 Snellen for both eyes. Must have full field of vision. No colour blindness, squint, or morbid conditions of eyes. Must be free from physical deformities like paralysis or joint issues. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable.
