Age limit

21-36. Candidates born between 02.01.1987 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Usual age relaxation applies to SC/ST/OBC candidates. Maximum age limit shall not exceed 50 years. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Knowledge of reading and writing Malayalam or Tamil or Kannada Technical Qualifications: • Must know swimming • Must have good physical health • Must have basic knowledge of handling boats • Desirable: Experience as Boat Keeper • Desirable: Knowledge of painting boats and minor repairs Experience Required: Candidates must be Ex-servicemen or personnel who have served in the Territorial Army (Discharge certificate and Pension Payment Order must be produced when required). Physical Standards: Must have good physical health. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable.
