Scale of Pay: 29200-62400/- (PR). Method of Appointment: Recruitment by transfer from among the employees who have completed the prescribed service and are working as Clerk/Typist/Attender/Office Attendant in General Education Department. Applications must be submitted online on or before 22-09-2021 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Degree in Sanskrit and B. Ed/BT/LT conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • A title of Oriental Learning in Sanskrit awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala and Certificate in Language Teachers Training issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • Post Graduates in Sanskrit are also eligible to apply for the post provided they have B.Ed/B.T/LT qualification. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala (Exemptions apply for CTET/NET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D/M.Ed holders and certain employees who entered service before 31.03.2012). Experience Required: Service as Clerk/Typist/Attender/Office Attendant in the General Education Department with not less than 5 years as on the date of application. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR part II Rule 10 a (ii) is applicable. 'Siksha Sastri' Examination of Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan and Kameswar Singh Darbhanga University of Bihar are equivalent to B.Ed. Titles of Oriental Learning in Sanskrit are accepted in lieu of degree if declared equivalent to Part III of the degree.

General conditions from the notification
The applicant should be an approved probationer/Full member of the Kerala General Education subordinate service. Selection is on a revenue district basis. Reservation rules (Rules 14 to 17 in Part II of KS & SSR) are not applicable to recruitment by transfer.
