Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A pass in SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent. • A pass in Pre-degree examination conducted by any of the Universities in Kerala or any examination recognized by any such Universities in Kerala as equivalent to Pre-degree examination. • A pass in Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examinations, Kerala or any other Examinations recognized by Government as equivalent thereto. Technical Qualifications: • A pass in TTC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • A Degree in any subject and B.Ed/B.T/L.T conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. Experience Required: 5 years service as Clerk/Typist/Attender/Peon in the General Education Department as on the date of application. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Candidates who have not studied the Regional language 'Malayalam' either under Part I or Part II as medium of instruction of SSLC will not be eligible for appointment to the post.
General conditions from the notification
The applicant should be an approved probationer/Full member of the Kerala General Education subordinate service as on the date of application. Selection is on a revenue district basis. Reservation rules (Article 14 to 17 in Part II of KS & SSR) are not applicable to recruitment by transfer.
