Technical Qualifications: • KGTE/MGTE Typewriting (English) Higher or equivalent qualification. • KGTE/MGTE Shorthand (English) Lower or equivalent qualification. • KGTE/MGTE Typewriting (Malayalam) Lower • KGTE Shorthand (Malayalam) Lower Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)ii of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable.
