Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Lecturer Grade II – Home Science in Rural Development. Category No: 129/2021 - 130/2021. Vacancies: 1 (One). Scale of Pay: ₹ 29200-62400. Method of Appointment: (i) Cat. No: 129/2021: By transfer from among Women officers in the category of Village Extension Officers having 3 years experience or from Extension Officers (Women's Welfare)/Extension Officers (Housing) Grade II. (ii) Cat. No: 130/2021: In the absence of qualified hands under item (i) above by direct recruitment.. Applications must be submitted online on or before 02-06-2021 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

By Transfer: The upper age limit will not exceed 45 years on 01.01.2021 (No age relaxations allowed). Direct Recruitment: 18-36. Only candidates born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) are eligible, with usual relaxation to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Communities and widows. Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • By Transfer: Bachelor's Degree with Home Science as a main or subsidiary subject. • Direct Recruitment: M.Sc. In Home Science. Experience Required: By Transfer: 3 years experience as Village Extension Officer (Women's Welfare) or Extension Officer (Housing) Grade II. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualifications must produce Government Order to prove equivalency at the time of verification.

General conditions from the notification
Candidates must register via One Time Registration. No application fee. Candidates must submit confirmation for written/OMR/online tests. Disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of Rules of Procedure for bogus claims. Aadhaar card should be added as ID proof.
