Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Assistant Engineer / Head Draftsman (Civil) in Harbour Engineering Department. Category No: 124/2023. Vacancies: 02 (Two). Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • B.Sc/B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering of any University in Kerala or equivalent qualification recognized by the University. • OR • Associate Membership in Civil Engineering of the Institution of Engineers, India (IEI) or equivalent qualification. • OR • Pass in Sections A and B of the Associate Membership Examination in Civil Engineering of the Institution of Engineers, India (IEI). Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable. Government Orders regarding equivalent/higher qualifications should be produced at the time of certificate verification.
General conditions from the notification
Candidates should read the General Conditions (Part II of Gazette Notification) before submitting applications. Probation period is two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. Every person appointed to this post shall, if not already passed, pass the Kerala State Account Test for Executive Officers, Public Works Department Test-Lower.
