Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Assistant Engineer / Head Draftsman (Civil) in Harbour Engineering Department. Category No: 085/2023. Vacancies: 01 (One). Age limit

The upper age limit for open market candidates shall not be applicable in the case of candidates belonging to the category of Draftsman Grade I/ Overseer Grade I/Draftsman Grade II/ Overseer Grade II or clerks in the Harbour Engineering Subordinate Service. Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • B.Sc / B.Tech Degree in Engineering (Civil) of the Kerala University or any other qualification recognised as equivalent thereto. • Associate Membership Diploma of the Institution of Engineers (India) in Civil Engineering or any other Diploma recognised as equivalent thereto. • Pass in Sections A and B of the Associate Membership Examination of the Institution of Engineers (India) in Civil Engineering Experience Required: Not less than 6 (Six) years of service in the Subordinate Service of Harbour Engineering Department for departmental candidates. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a (ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable. Qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent shall be sufficient.
