Age limit

23 - 36. Only candidates born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.1994 (both dates included) are eligible. Usual age relaxation for OBC and SC/ST candidates as per rule 10 (c) of part II of KS&SSR 1958. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • SSLC or its equivalent examination recognised by Government of India or Government of Kerala. Technical Qualifications: • Valid motor driving licence endorsed for all types of transport vehicles (LMV, HGMV & HPMV). Experience Required: Experience of not less than 3 years in driving motor vehicles. Physical Standards: Height: Minimum 168 cms (160 cms for SC/ST). Chest: Minimum 81 cms (normal) and 86 cms (on expansion). Minimum chest expansion of 5 cms required. Must possess specific medical standards including perfect hearing, specific visual standards (6/6 Snellen distant vision, 0.5 Snellen near vision without glass), and be free from physical defects like knock-knee, flat foot, etc. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable.

General conditions from the notification
Selection is on a revenue district basis. Candidates already in Government service holding this post in any one district are prohibited from applying again. Ranked list remains in force for a minimum of one year. Women and differently abled candidates are not eligible.
