Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Veterinary Surgeon Grade II in Animal Husbandry. Category No: 103/2021. Vacancies: Dheevara-01 (One). Scale of Pay: 39500 – 83000. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Only from candidates belonging to Dheevara reservation community). Applications must be submitted online on or before 05-05-2021 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-42. Candidates must be born between 02.01.1979 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included). Usual age relaxation applicable as per rules. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Veterinary Science • Registration with Kerala State Veterinary Council as per the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (Central Act 52 of 1984) • Knowledge of Malayalam language Experience Required: None Physical Standards: Not applicable (Note: Physically disabled candidates with Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy are eligible; Blindness/Low vision and Hearing Impairment are not eligible) Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Equivalent qualifications must be supported by government orders at the time of verification.

General conditions from the notification
Candidates must complete the training course conducted by the Animal Husbandry Department during the probation period. Training period is considered as duty. Exemption from training applies to those with 5 years of service as Livestock Assistant in the Animal Husbandry Department and those discharged from the Army in reserved vacancies, or those who have passed B.V.Sc & AH with internship training program from Kerala Agricultural University or other agricultural universities.
