Educational Qualifications: • DM (Medical Gastroenterology) / DNB (Medical Gastroenterology) Technical Qualifications: • Permanent Registration under State Medical Council (Travancore – Cochin Medical Council) Experience Required: Three years Physical Teaching Experience or such other teaching experience as prescribed by the Medical Council of India. Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)ii is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualifications must produce relevant Government Order at the time of verification.

General conditions from the notification
Candidates must follow Part II of the Gazette Notification. Compulsory military service of 4 years during the first 10 years of service may be required if needed by Defence Services (exemptions apply for differently abled and those over 45).
