Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Non-Vocational Teacher in Chemistry in Kerala Vocational Higher Secondary Education. Category No: 003/2023. Vacancies: 02 (Two). Scale of Pay: 55200-115300/-. Method of Appointment: By Transfer. Applications must be submitted online on or before 19-04-2023 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Post Graduate Degree in the concerned subject with not less than 50% marks from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto in the respective subject by any University in Kerala. • B.Ed Degree in the concerned subject acquired after a regular course of study from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by any University in Kerala. • In the absence of persons with B.Ed Degree in the concerned subject, B.Ed Degree acquired in the concerned faculty as specified in the Acts and Statutes of any of the Universities in Kerala. • In the absence of persons with B.Ed Degree as specified in items (i) and (ii) above, persons with B.Ed Degree in any subject acquired after a regular course of study from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by any of the Universities in Kerala. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the State Eligibility Test (SET) for the post of Non-Vocational Teacher conducted by Government of Kerala or by any agency authorized by the Government of Kerala. Experience Required: None Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. M.Ed degree recognized by any University in Kerala in the concerned subject is exempted from the B.Ed qualification.
General conditions from the notification
Part II of KS&SSR 1958 is applicable. Probation period is two years of duty within a continuous period of three years.
