Educational Qualifications: • Degree in any discipline from a recognized University. • Should have studied Hindi at least up to +2 level. Technical Qualifications: • Typewriting English (Lower) KGTE OR Successful completion of a course not less than six months duration in Computer Application recognized by State or Central Government. Experience Required: Must have 3 years regular service in any cadre in the Member Societies affiliated to the Kerala State Co-operative Coir Marketing Federation Limited. Candidates selected under this category should be in service of the Member Society not only on the date of application but also on the date of appointment to the new post. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable. Qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for the post, and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient.

Kerala PSC gives the age limit as a range of birth dates, for example “18–36: only candidates born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included)”. Ages are counted on 1 January of the recruitment year, so an upper age of 36 in 2025 means you must be born on or after 2 January 1989. Relaxations move that earliest date back.
With relaxations, the upper age cannot go beyond 50.

Some notifications say relaxations do not apply, and the checker then uses the range as printed. By-transfer posts, special recruitments, NCA notifications and rules for widows are flagged with “Check the notification” instead of a verdict. The qualification guide compares levels only, not subjects. Always confirm in the official notification before you apply.
