Qualification as printed

Educational Qualifications: • B.Com / BBA / BBM / B.Sc.(Co-op. And Banking) or any degree from a recognized University. Experience Required: Must have completed 3 years regular service in any cadre in the Member Societies (ie. Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Unions) affiliated to the Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Limited. Applications that have Service Certificate uploaded at the time of submission will only be considered. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) ii of Part II of the KS&SSR is applicable. In addition to the qualification prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post in the special rules shall also be sufficient.

How the age check works

Kerala PSC gives the age limit as a range of birth dates, for example “18–36: only candidates born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included)”. Ages are counted on 1 January of the recruitment year, so an upper age of 36 in 2025 means you must be born on or after 2 January 1989. Relaxations move that earliest date back.

With relaxations, the upper age cannot go beyond 50.

Worked examples

For a 2025 post with the range 18–36 (born 02.01.1989 – 01.01.2007).

What the checker does not decide

Some notifications say relaxations do not apply, and the checker then uses the range as printed. By-transfer posts, special recruitments, NCA notifications and rules for widows are flagged with “Check the notification” instead of a verdict. The qualification guide compares levels only, not subjects. Always confirm in the official notification before you apply.
