Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Arts, Science or Commerce from a recognized University. • JDC/HDC/Basic. Technical Qualifications: • Computer training certificate of not less than 3 months duration from an institution under Central/State Government. Experience Required: Must be a regular employee of a member society (Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Union) affiliated to the Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Limited with not less than 3 years of regular service and continuing in service. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Equivalent qualification admitted in the previous selection. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable.

How the age check works

Kerala PSC gives the age limit as a range of birth dates, for example “18–36: only candidates born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included)”. Ages are counted on 1 January of the recruitment year, so an upper age of 36 in 2025 means you must be born on or after 2 January 1989. Relaxations move that earliest date back.

With relaxations, the upper age cannot go beyond 50.

For a 2025 post with the range 18–36 (born 02.01.1989 – 01.01.2007).

What the checker does not decide

Some notifications say relaxations do not apply, and the checker then uses the range as printed. By-transfer posts, special recruitments, NCA notifications and rules for widows are flagged with “Check the notification” instead of a verdict. The qualification guide compares levels only, not subjects. Always confirm in the official notification before you apply.
