Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Woman Police Constable (Woman Police Battalion) (SR from ST only) in Police (Kerala Police subordinate Services). Category No: 73/2020. Vacancies: Statewide - ST – 34 (Thirty four only). Scale of Pay: Rs. 22,200-48,000/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Statewide) (SR from ST only). Age limit

18-31, Candidates born between 2.1.1989 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included) only are eligible to apply for the post. Other conditions regarding age relaxation in para(2) of the general conditions are not applicable to this selection. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in HSE examination (Plus Two) or its equivalent • Who have failed in HSE(Plus 2) examination shall also be considered if sufficient number of qualified candidates are not available to fill up the quota. Physical Standards: Height: A minimum of 150cm. Eye Sight: Must be certified to possess visual standards (Distant Vision 6/6 Snellen for both right and eye) without glasses. Must be free from apparent physical defects like knock-knee, flat foot, Varicose vein, bow legs, deformed limbs, irregular and protruding tooth, defective speech and hearing. Must qualify in any five events out of eight events specified of the National Physical Efficiency, One Star Standard Test. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a) ii is applicable to this selection.
General conditions from the notification
Paragraphs two, three and twenty five (except the conditions laid down in the Rule 3(c) of Part II of the Kerala State & Subordinate Service Rules) are not applicable to this selection.
