Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Staff Nurse Grade II (Special Recruitment from SC/ST) in Medical Education. Category No: 456/2022. Vacancies: 06 (Six). Scale of Pay: 39300-83000/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment from Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes only). Age limit

20 – 41. Only Candidates born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included) are eligible. In the absence of qualified candidates within the age limit, the upper age limit shall be relaxed up to 50 years. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A pass in Plus Two/Pre-degree (with science subjects) Course/Pass in VHSE (with science subjects)/VHSE in Domestic Nursing of a recognized University or its equivalent. • A pass in B.Sc. Nursing or a pass in General Nursing and Midwifery course having not less than 3 years duration from any institution recognized by Government Technical Qualifications: • Certificate of Registration with Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council as Nurse and Midwife, in the case of women candidates or as Nurse in the case of male candidates. Experience Required: Not specified Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable. Candidates claiming higher/equivalent qualifications must produce the relevant Government Order or equivalency certificate from the concerned institution at the time of verification.

Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile. Applications are subject to the rules under sections 3(c), 17(A), 17(B) of Part II of Kerala State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1958. False claims will lead to disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of the KPSC Rules of Procedure 1976.
