Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Staff Nurse Gr II (Special Recruitment for SC/ST) in Health Services. Category No: 520/2021. Vacancies: Districtwise - KANNUR: 1 (SC/ST). Scale of Pay: ₹ 27800-59400. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment from among Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribes only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 22-12-2021 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

20-41. Only Candidates born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2001 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. In the absence of qualified candidates within the age limit the upper age limit shall be relaxed upto 50 years. But in no case the maximum age limit shall exceed 50 (Fifty) years. Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Pass in Plus Two/Pre-Degree (with Science Subjects) Course/Pass in VHSE (with Science subjects)/VHSE in Domestic Nursing of a recognized University or its equivalent. • A Pass in B.Sc Nursing of recognized University or a pass in General Nursing and Midwifery Course having not less than 3 years duration from any institution recognized by Government. Technical Qualifications: • Certificate of Registration with Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council as Nurse and Midwife, in the case of woman candidates and as Nurse in the case of Male candidates. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification.
