Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce from a recognized University or its equivalent Technical Qualifications: • Associate Membership of Company Secretaries of India Experience Required: 3 years experience as Secretary in Limited Companies/PSUs Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a (ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable.
