Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Graduation from a recognized University or equivalent qualification. Technical Qualifications: • Higher Grade Examination in Short Hand (Tamil) • Higher Grade Examination in Type Writing (Tamil) • Lower Grade Examination in Short Hand (English) • Lower Grade Examination in Type Writing (English) Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a (ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable. Candidates who claim equivalent qualifications instead of qualification mentioned in the Notification shall produce the Equivalency Certificate / relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification.
General conditions from the notification
Part II KS & SSR is applicable. Candidates must submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile if a test is conducted. Disciplinary action as per KPSC Rules of Procedure Rule 22 for bogus claims.
